such as mineral water, pure water, vitamin water, distilled water, juiced beverage, tea, coffee

Rinsing part
Washing part is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide
rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.The
Washing mahcine is mainly to wash PVC, PET, etc L type plastic bottles; it also can be used to wash
disposable glass bottles. The washing way is jetting, the structure is rotary. The machine can continuous
automatic complete the processing: overturned bottle, turn bottle, wash bottle, water dripping. The whole
processes include two steps, washing and dripping. It is a necessary machine for nature mineral water,
pure water, and other liquid filling production line.
Filling part
The filling machine is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valves (normal temperature and normal
pressure filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, elevating device, liquid indicator,
pressure gauge, vacuum pump, etc. is to fill water,wine, juice etc non carbonated soft drink, it also can
use to fill vinegar, milk,etc; because all the filling it closed condition, it can eliminate pollution spreading.
Capping part
Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop
rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
